Terms & Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) govern all travel bookings made with Bahor-Voyage. They have been drafted in accordance with the French Tourism Code and EU Directive 2015/2302/EU on package travel and linked travel arrangements.

Article 1 — Purpose

These T&C apply to all travel services (guided tours, stays, tailor-made trips) offered by Bahor-Voyage to Uzbekistan and Central Asia.

Article 2 — Identification of Parties

Provider: [COMPANY NAME], registered office at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Uzbekistan — represented by [DIRECTOR NAME]. French representative: 12 Place Ambroise Courtois, 69008 Lyon, France. Client: any adult individual making a booking for themselves or a group.

Article 3 — Bookings and Confirmation

All bookings may be made via the online form, by email or by phone. For online bookings, full payment is required at the time of confirmation; the booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. For bookings made by email or phone, payment terms are specified in writing at the time of confirmation. Bahor-Voyage reserves the right to decline any booking without obligation to provide reasons.

Article 4 — Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in euros (€) and include the services described in each tour itinerary. Visa fees, travel insurance, international transport and personal expenses are not included unless otherwise stated. Payment terms: all bookings made via the website require full payment (100%) online at the time of confirmation. No booking is definitively registered until full payment has been received.

Article 5 — Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by the client: • More than 60 days before departure: 30% of the total price retained. • 30 to 59 days before departure: 50% of the total price retained. • Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total price retained. Cancellation by Bahor-Voyage: in the event of cancellation due to force majeure or insufficient participants, a full refund will be issued within 14 calendar days.

Article 6 — Modifications

Any modification requested by the client after confirmation will be subject to review and may incur additional charges. Bahor-Voyage reserves the right to modify services in cases of exceptional circumstances, offering alternatives of equivalent value.

Article 7 — Travel Documents

Each traveller is responsible for ensuring the validity of their travel documents (passport, visa, health authorisations, etc.) according to their nationality and current regulations. Bahor-Voyage may provide general guidance but accepts no liability for entry refusals.

Article 8 — Insurance

Medical repatriation and trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. Bahor-Voyage does not offer insurance products directly. Clients are invited to take out travel insurance with a provider of their choice before departure.

Article 9 — Liability

Bahor-Voyage is responsible for the proper execution of the travel services forming the package, in accordance with Directive 2015/2302/EU. Bahor-Voyage shall not be liable for faults attributable to the traveller, actions of a third party unconnected to the provision of services, or unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

Article 10 — Force Majeure

Bahor-Voyage shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations in the event of force majeure: natural disaster, epidemic, pandemic, armed conflict, border closure, government decision, strike, or any other unforeseeable, unavoidable event beyond the control of the parties.

Article 11 — Personal Data

Data collected during booking is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this website. It is used solely for the purpose of organising and delivering your trip.

Article 12 — Governing Law and Disputes

These T&C are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Lyon, France. In accordance with the French Consumer Code (Articles L.611-1 et seq.), consumers may refer disputes free of charge to a consumer mediator.
