President & Founder
Navbakhor grew up between French and Uzbek cultures. After studying in Lyon, she created AFOR to offer travel built around direct, human encounters.
Ramilya
Uzbekistan Coordinator
Based in Urgench, Ramilya coordinates local operations. She works daily with host families, guides, and local institutions.
Nicolas Boudot
Co-founder & Logistics
A partner from the start, Nicolas manages logistics in France and prepares travelers before departure.
